I'm
Brian Brinegar and I don't like talking about myself in the third person so I
thought I'd address you folks directly. I'm not Bob freakin' Dole after all.
Anywho - this is my bio. Bio's are the thing you can read to get a quick
snapshot of who I am as a comic, find out what fabulous places I have played
at before and/or to find out what I might talk about in my act.
Well
quite frankly, I don't like these things for a few reasons:

The whole third person thing sets the wrong tone from the start.

Who cares where I have played before? Does it matter if it was for the
Letterman show, the 3rd annual North Carolina Scabies Telethon or a sold out house at Joes
house of smoked meats (I recommend the veal!)? It doesn't! Does it? I
mean, each night’s audience is different and those are the people I must
concern myself with- the people that are right there in front of me. I
don’t need to try to impress you with lists of previous audiences I’ve
made laugh. You don’t do that with a new lover do you…”and by the way,
here is a brief list of all the women I’ve pleasured in the past…” lets
try to be in the moment here people.

If
you're so interested in me and what I am gonna talk about- I have two bits
of advice..
-
Come to a show. Tickets aren’t all that expensive, you’ll have a good
time. You can sit back relax, have a cocktail or two and then find out
what I plan to talk about.

Why not just
come up and talk to me after the show, no one ever talks to the comics,
that's why we have to write the freakin' bio's!!
But, seeing as how you
are all curious about my comedic past...I'll fill you in on some of my
